Community Thanksgiving Dinner Foundation
An integrated website and delivery-management system, built around the team’s needs without a stack of software subscriptions.
What was needed
The Community Thanksgiving Dinner Foundation needed a website connected to the work of coordinating meal deliveries. Its team needed tools they could confidently use, with costs that left more of the budget available for the service itself.
What we built
We built the website, application and operational tools, including delivery management, as one connected system. The public web presence and the team’s day-to-day work were designed together.
How it works
The website and custom application run on Cloudflare Pages and Workers. Custom Google applications built on Sheets support operations, keeping familiar tools at the center of the team’s process.
Why this approach
A focused custom build gave CTDF the features it needed at a lower cost than adding Wix, Airtable and per-seat subscriptions. We also left out features that would have complicated the team’s work. Choosing familiar tools and limiting the scope made the system more affordable and manageable.
